2.Description of Service
Tool2Trade provides access to a TradingView-based script (Stock Directional Script and any additional indicators we may publish) and related educational or technical materials. The service is intended to support chart analysis, market observation, and trading preparation. Tool2Trade does not execute trades, manage accounts, receive client funds for investment, custody assets, connect to brokerage accounts, or make decisions on behalf of users.
3.No Financial Advice
Tool2Trade is provided for informational, educational, and analytical purposes only. It does not provide personal financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, securities advice, wealth management, portfolio management, or tax advice.
Any chart output, alert, indicator, market condition, or educational content generated by Tool2Trade is general in nature and does not consider your financial position, objectives, risk tolerance, experience, or personal circumstances. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decision you make.
4.No Regulated Securities Business
Unless Tool2Trade expressly states otherwise in writing and provides evidence of applicable authorization, Tool2Trade does not act as a broker, dealer, investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager, capital market institution, exchange, custodian, or licensed securities business provider. Users should obtain independent advice from licensed professionals before making financial decisions.
5.User Eligibility
By using Tool2Trade, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms; you are not prohibited from using the service under applicable laws; you are responsible for complying with laws and regulations in your country of residence; and you will not use Tool2Trade in a way that violates securities, financial, data protection, consumer protection, or platform rules.
6.TradingView Account Requirement
Tool2Trade requires a TradingView account. You are responsible for maintaining your TradingView account, subscription level, market data access, alerts, settings, and compliance with TradingView's own terms and policies. Tool2Trade is not responsible for interruptions, restrictions, limitations, or changes caused by TradingView or third-party platforms.
7.Subscription Plans
Tool2Trade may offer Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, Lifetime, trial, promotional, or other subscription plans. Plan features, pricing, billing periods, and access rights will be shown at checkout. Tool2Trade may update plans, modify features, introduce new plans, discontinue plans, or change pricing. Changes affecting active users will be communicated where required by applicable law or platform policy.
8.Payment and Billing
Subscription fees must be paid through the available payment methods. By subscribing, you authorize Tool2Trade or its payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and recurring payments according to your selected plan. If payment fails, access may be suspended, limited, or terminated.
9.Access Activation
Script access is granted to the TradingView username provided by the user. Incorrect, incomplete, or changed usernames may delay or prevent activation. Access is personal to the subscriber and may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or made available to others.
10.Cancellation and Renewal
You may cancel future subscription renewals through your account dashboard or by contacting support, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable plan terms.
11.Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because Tool2Trade provides digital access and software-based services, refunds may be limited once access is activated, unless required by applicable law.
12.User Responsibilities
You agree to use Tool2Trade only for lawful purposes; protect your account login details; provide accurate account and TradingView username information; use your own judgment before entering any trade; apply appropriate risk management; and avoid sharing, copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract the Tool2Trade script logic.
13.Intellectual Property
Tool2Trade, including its script, design, content, branding, documentation, workflows, and related materials, is owned by Tool2Trade or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Tool2Trade during your active subscription. You do not acquire ownership of the software, code, brand, content, or intellectual property.
14.Prohibited Use
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or reproduce Tool2Trade; share access with another person; sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute access; use Tool2Trade to provide financial advice to others without proper authorization; use Tool2Trade in a misleading, unlawful, or abusive way; or attempt to bypass access controls or subscription restrictions.
15.Market Data and Third-Party Services
Tool2Trade may rely on TradingView, exchange data, broker data, internet services, payment processors, hosting providers, and other third-party services. Tool2Trade does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, speed, or timeliness of third-party data or platforms.
16.Alerts and Technical Limitations
TradingView alerts, script outputs, chart conditions, and notifications may fail, delay, repeat, or produce unexpected results due to platform, internet, data, user setting, or market conditions. Users must not rely solely on alerts or automated outputs when making trading decisions.
17.Risk Disclosure
Trading involves risk. You may lose money. Options involve additional complexity and may result in substantial losses. You must read and accept the Tool2Trade Risk Disclosure before subscribing.
18.No Guarantee
Tool2Trade does not guarantee profits, trading success, market accuracy, uninterrupted service, specific results, or that any feature will meet your expectations. Past performance, examples, demonstrations, screenshots, educational materials, or backtests do not guarantee future results.
19.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tool2Trade shall not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, loss of data, platform interruptions, delayed access, third-party service issues, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not part of Tool2Trade's standard policy. This section explains how subscription cancellations, renewals, failed payments, and access termination are handled, and lists the specific cases where Tool2Trade may issue a refund at its discretion.
1.Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals through your account dashboard or by contacting support at support@tool2trade.ai. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
2.Digital Access
Tool2Trade provides digital software access through TradingView. Once script access has been activated, refunds may be limited unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in your plan.
3.Refund Cases
Tool2Trade may issue a refund where you were charged twice for the same subscription period; payment was made but access was not activated due to a Tool2Trade issue; a refund is required by applicable law; or Tool2Trade approves a refund at its discretion.
4.No Refund Cases
Unless required by applicable law, refunds may not be available where you used the service after activation; entered an incorrect TradingView username and failed to correct it; expected trading profits or results that were not guaranteed; forgot to cancel before renewal; trading losses occurred; or your TradingView account, broker, or market data access caused limitations.
5.Plan Changes
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, billing adjustments will be shown before confirmation where technically available.
6.Failed Payments
If payment fails, Tool2Trade may suspend access until payment is completed.
7.Contact
Refund and cancellation requests should be sent to support@tool2trade.ai with your account email, TradingView username, invoice number, and reason for the request.
